胫骨骨折内固定术后并发足下垂的护理措施探讨

目的观察胫骨骨折内固定术后并发足下垂患者施于2种不同被动运动方法的康复效果,探讨有效的护理对策与措施。方法将37例胫骨骨折内固定术后并发足下垂患者随机分成A（观察组）、B（对照组）2组。A组19例采用下肢关节康复器行踝关节被动运动,B组18例行踝关节人工手法被动运动。观察记录运动12周后2组踝关节及肌力的恢复情况,应用统计学分析。结果 A组踝关节活动度、肌力明显优于B组。结论应用下肢关节康复器对胫骨骨折内固定术后并发足下垂患者施于被动运动,康复效果明显优于人工被动运动。

Measures for Foot Drop Complicated after Internal Fixation of Tiial Fractures

Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the recovery effects for patients imposed on two different CPM methods which foot drop were complicated after internal fixation of tibial fractures,and to discuss effective nursing strategies and measures.Methods 37 cases of foot drop complicated after internal fixation of tibial fractures were randomly divided into A （observation group）,B（control group） groups：group A of 19 patients for ankle passive motion with lower limb joints rehabilitation trainers,group B of 18 patients for ankle passive motion with artificial methods.Observe and record ankle movement and muscle strength recovery after 12 weeks in two groups,and results applied statistics analysis.Results Group A of ankle joint mobility,muscle strength significantly was better than group B.Conclusion Recovery effects of group A is superior to manual passive movement which lower limb joints rehabilitation trainers were applied for foot drop patients complicated after internal fixation of tibial fractures to help passive exercise.
