| 摘 要： | 本文从激光诱发特定光敏药物荧光探测癌瘤组织的原理出发，通过理论分析和计算，确定了小肺癌荧光诊断仪的设计方案和光机系统的一个实用结果。经实验测试表明，该系统有良好的性能，可检测并定位早期肺恶性肿瘤。 |

| Abstract: | On the principle of detecting cancerous tissue by laser-induced fluorescence with a specific photosensitive drug,theoretical analysis and optical design were carried out for the diagnostic apparatis A design plan and a practical result of optomechanical system were obtained. The experimental results showed the early lung malignant tumor can be found out and located by this newly developed system. |
