| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨乳腺癌中 L RP、GST-π的表达及临床意义 ,以期为选择化疗方案提供参考。方法 :应用免疫组化 SABC法 ,对 80例乳腺癌的主要耐药指标 LRP、GST-π进行检测。结果 :乳腺癌中 LRP表达率为 80 % ( 64/80 )临床 II、III期表达率显著高于 I期 ,GST-π表达率为 65 % ( 5 2 /80 ) ,临床 III期表达率显著高于 I、II期。 L RP与 GST- π间有明显相关性 ,说明它们对肿瘤耐药具有一定的协同性。结论 :乳腺癌联合检测 LRP、GST- π对化疗药物的选择具有指导作用 ,对预后的判断有参考价值

| Abstract: | Object: To investigate the expression of LRP and GST-π in breast cancer and evaluate its clinical significance. Methods: 80 cases of breast cancer were stained immunohistochemically for LRP and GST-π using respective antibody and the results correlated with tumor clinic stages. Results: The expressions of LRP and GST-π in breast cancer were 80%(64/80),65%(52/80).The expression of LRP in clinic stage II,III were higher than stage I. And the expression of GST-π in clinic stage III was higher than stage I,II .There was relation between LRP and GST-π.Conclusion: A combined analysis of the expression of LRP and GST-π in breast cancer may contribute to the selection of drugs in chemotherapy and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer. |
