非繁殖季节绵羊受体因素对胚胎移植的影响研究

在非繁殖季节(6月份)利用进口绵羊胚胎，手术法移植。通过移植前受俸发情情况、受体以往繁殖情况以及受体卵巢情况对绵羊胚胎移植效果的分析。得出以下结论：(1)受体羊撤栓后移植前是否试情不能作为影响胚胎移植的一个因素；(2)移植或本交过未产的经产羊胚胎移植效果低于繁殖机能正常的经产羊和未开产羊；(3)胚胎移植时受体卵景上黄体井非越大越多越好。

Research about the Influence of Embryo Transfer of the Recipient Ewes at Anoestrus Season

It was operational transfer on ewes' embryo from abroad on anoestrus season(June).It had reseached about the effect of ewes' embryo transfer through the heating things,the produced things and the ovaral stages of the recipient ewes.The results are as followed:(1)It wasn't an influencal factor that the examining heat for the recipient ewes after the intravaginal sponge taken out or before the embryo transfer .(2)The results of the embryo transfer were the lower that the reproductive ewes being transferred or produced naturally were not produced than the reproductive ewes of the normal multipal conduction and the unproduce ewes.(3)It was not the best that the more better corpus luteum for the recipient ewes.
