| 摘 要： | 颈前瘢痕挛缩严重影响头颈部功能和外形。1988年以来,采用皮片移植及皮瓣移转整复55例,结果显示:各类皮瓣整复效果均优于皮片移植,而以颈胸前筋膜皮瓣效果最佳。探讨了颈部的美学特点、手术方式选择、及术后注意事项。 |

| Abstract: | The cervical scar effects the function and the form of the meck geriougly.55 caseg have been repaired with skin grafting or rlap averting since 1988 and the observations showed that the effect of all flaps was better than skin grafting,but the anterior cervicothoracic fascio-cutaneous flap was the best.The easthetics characteristic of the necd,the choose of the operation method and the matters needing attention of postoperation were studied. |
