对护士长绩效量化考核的探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨绩效考核在护理管理中的应用效果,以及提高护士长管理的有效性和改进工作绩效。方法:根据二级甲等医院评审要求和医院管理年活动评价指南,制定绩效考核标准,每季或每半年进行自评和护理部总评,并对每位护士长进行绩效结果面谈。结果:开展护士长绩效考核2年,护士长管理意识增强,基础护理质量明显提高,护理差错及病人投诉明显减少,病人对护理工作满意率提高。结论:通过实施护士长量化绩效考核,使护士长管理意识增强,护理管理持续质量改进,护理管理质量不断提高。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of performance appraisal in the nursing management and improve management effect and performance. Methods:The perfor- mance appraisal standard was made according to the appraisal standard of Grade II A hospital and the appraisal guideline of hospital management year. Head nurses were appraised by themselves and the nursing department every season or twice a year. Nursing department talked with every head nurse about the result of appraisal face to face. Results:Since the application of performance appraisal two years ago, the manage- ment awareness of head nurses increased, the quality of basic nursing improved, nurs- ing mistakes and patient complains decreased, and the patient satisfaction for nursing increased. Conclusion:Application head nurse performance appraisal can increase the management awareness of head nurses and improve nursing management quality continuously.
