| 摘 要： | 目的研究胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）及其受体在各种类型肺癌中的表达。方法应用免疫组化法对非小细胞肺癌和小细胞肺癌及其癌旁组织和正常肺组织进行IGF1及其受体的检测。结果IGF-1及IGF-1受体在鳞癌、腺癌、小细胞癌和癌旁肺组织中均有不同程度的表达。在伴有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织中的表达较强。结论IGF-1及其受体在不同类型肺癌中均有表达，可能在肺癌的发生发展中发挥一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and its receptor in pulmonary cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical assay was adopted to deetect the expressions of IGF-1 and IGF-1 receptor(IGF-1R) in pulmonary cancer,para-cancer pulmonary tissue and normal pulmonary tissue.Results The positive expressions of IGF-1 and IGF-1R were detected to defferent extent in the specimen of pulmonary cancer and para-cancer pulmonary tissues,which was stronger in pulmonary cancer tissues of the patients with lymph node metastasis.Conclusion IGF-1 and IGF-1R are expressed in different kinds of pulmonary cancer,which may play an role in the occurrence and development of pulmonary cancer. |
