老年冠心病患者家属健康教育需求的调查分析

目的 探讨切实可行的老年冠心病患家属健康教育模式。方法 采取问卷与面谈的方法，调查了50例老年冠心病患家属的健康教育需求。结果 被调查具有一定的相关知识，但欠缺深层次的知识；能解决实际问题的健康教育内容需求相对多；多选择医护人员面对面直接的教育方法。结论 医护人员应重视老年冠心病患家属的健康教育，根据患家属的需求，有针对性地进行健康教育。

A survey of health education for the family members of old patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To build up a practical health education model for the family members of old patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Questionnaire and interview were used to survey the requirements for health education of 50 old patients with coronary heart disease. Results It was found their relatives knew a little relevant knowledge but less in depth. They had more requirements for the knowledge handling practical problems. The majority chose the face to face health education. Conclusion Medical staff should lay importance on the health education of the family members of old patients with coronary heart disease. The health education should be selective in line with the practical requirements of the patients' family members.
