| 摘 要： | 在应急救援决策中,层次分析法可以得到应急救援过程中疏散与资源调配的最佳决策依据。文章结合地理信息系统(GIS)平台,将事故后果影响涉及的区域在系统中进行展现,确定救援相关的决策准则,并通过层次法分析计算,在应急救援预案推演过程中得到最佳救援决策,以用于指导类似事故类型的应急救援。

| Abstract: | With analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,the optimized principle of emergency rescue decisions on evacuation and resource allocation can be achieved.The accident consequence can be displayed on GIS and the principle on emergency rescue decisions can be determined.With AHP,the optimized emergency rescue decision can be achieved by the deduction system of emergency rescue plan.The results can be used to guide the emergency rescue process. |
