颈椎前路钢板-椎间融合器一体化系统置入治疗外伤性颈椎间盘突出症

目的　评估颈椎前路钢板 椎间融合器一体化系统 (anewanteriorcervicalinstrumentalsys temcombininganintradiscalcagewithanintegratedplate ,PCB) 对外伤性颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法　对本组 2 2例外伤性颈椎间盘突出症行前路减压PCB内固定 ,其中单节段固定 1 6例 ,双节段固定 6例。随访 3～ 1 6个月 ,根据症状改善情况和影像学资料作分析评价。结果　未发现术后并发症、螺钉脱出或固定失败。根据JOA评分 ,本组 2 0例临床症状明显改善 ,2例症状轻度改善 ,总优良率 90 .9%。结论　PCB可提供坚强的内固定和良好的植骨融合环境 ,近期疗效良好 ,技术易于掌握 ,是一种值得提倡的颈椎固定融合器械

Therapy of cervial internal disc herniation by insertion of PCB

Objective The clinical effectivness of PCB on 22 cases suffering from traumatic cervical internal disc herniation treated with PCB is evaluated.?Methods Among 22 cases, 16 patients underwent fixation at one level, 6 patients at two levels. The patients were evaluated by improvement of symptoms and imaging datum.?Results No intraoperative complication was observed. After surgery,no screw backout or device failure was identified. The follow up was 3 to 16 months. Based on JOA evaluation,20 patients were improved clinically,and 2 moderately,the general excellent rate was 90.9% .?Conclusion PCB cage can provide strong internal fixation and excellent fusion environment. The results show that the technique is easy to be mastered,and is deserved to be recommended.
