摘    要:
目的研究军校学员克服社交焦虑心理训练的效果,分析训练前后明尼苏达多相人格调查表(MMPI)各量表变化情况。方法从某军校大三605名学员中,用苦恼量表(SAD)筛选出具有中等以上程度社交焦虑的学员151人,根据MMPI剖面图特征,把实验对象分成第一实验组(31人),第二实验组(34人)。两组接受特异性,针对性强的心理训练方案。第一实验组训练前采用MMPI、SAD,训练后采用MM-PI、自我评估表(自编);第二实验组训练前后均采用MMPI、SAD进行评估。结果训练后,第一实验组社交焦虑状况自我评估表7个项目的得分明显高于训练前(t=4.06,3.886,3.944,3.182,3.118,2.454,2.213,P<0.05),第二实验组SAD得分显著低于训练前(t=8.887,P<0.01),基本接近该军校常模水平[(11.45±4.75)分;t=0.757,P>0.05];第一实验组MMPI.测试结果显示:K、Mf、Si、Re量表T分高于训练前,两组之间差异有显著性(t=9.209,2.653,3.12,3.093,P<0.05),Hy、Pa、Mas、Dy量表T分低于训练前,两组之间差异有显著性(t=3.641,2.087,4.249,2.436,P<0.05),第二实验组MMPI.测试结果显示:Pa、Ma、Do、Re量表T分高于训练前,两组之间差异有显著性(t=2.635,3.562,2.860,3.391,P<0.05),Hs、D、Mf、Pt、Si、Mas、Hy量表低于训练前,两组之间差异有显著性(t=2.26,7.93,5.57,6.195,6.114,4.640,4.103,P<0.05)。结论克服社交焦虑心理训练效果显著,同时也促进了军校学员人格的良性发展。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the effect of the psychological training , to analyze the change of MMPI test scores before and after the training. Methods151 students with beyond middle degree social anxiety by SAD were selected among 605 students from all junior students in a naval academy . According to 151 students' MMPI features , the chosen subjects were divided into the first experiment group (31 students) and second experiment group (34 students) . Two groups accepted two different training plans. Before training , the first group were tested by MMPI ?SAD, after training they were tested by MMPI and Self-Rating Questionnaire made up by ourselves ; Before and after the training ,the second group were respectively tested by MMPI,SAD. ResultsAfter the training in MMPI test results , the first group's scores of K?Mf?Si?Re scales were significantly higher than before training(t=9.209,2.653,3.12,3.093,P<0.05) ,the first group's scores of Hy?Pa?Mas?Dy were significantly lower than before training(t= 3.641,2.087,4.249,2.436,P<0.05); the second group's scores of Pa?Ma?Do?Re were significantly higher than before training(t=2.635,3.562,2.860,3.391, P<0.05), the second group's scores of Hs?D?Mf?Pt?Si?Mas?Hy were significantly lower than before the training(t=2.26,7.93,5.57,6.195,6.114,4.640,4.103,P<0.05). ConclusionThe effect of psychological training that naval academy students conquered social anxiety was significant,meanwhile the training made the students grow psychologically and their personalities develop in a good way.
