CT冠状钟点法与直视观察椎弓根螺钉位置的对照研究

摘    要:目的 探讨CT椎弓根冠状钟点法判断螺钉穿破椎弓根壁距离和方位的方法及价值.方法 离体新鲜骨韧带颈椎标本10具,在第3~7颈椎共计100个椎弓根置入直径3.5mm螺钉后行CT扫描,分别采用CT横断位、冠状钟点法与标本直视观察法观察螺钉与椎弓根关系,并比较三种方法之间的差异.结果 冠状钟点法与横断法对判断穿破≤3.5mm有统计学意义(P<0.05),冠状钟点法与标本直视观察法对判断穿破≤3.5mm无统计学意义(P>0.05).三种方法对判断穿破>3.5mm无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 CT冠状钟点法是一种可以同时观测螺钌穿破椎弓根壁距离和判断穿破方位的新评价方法.

Abstract:Objective To study the value of the method of pedicle coronal clock method in judging the accuracy of the pedicle screw. Methods One hundred pedicle screws with diameter of 3.5 mm were performed from C3 -C7 in ten speci- menst, then CT scan were done in order to observe the position of screws using three methods. Results There was significance of the coronary clock method and cross-section method when the pedicle screw breaked more than 3.5 mm ( P〈 0.05). No significance was found between coronary clock method and straight view method when breaked less than 3.5 mm ( P 〉0.05). There was significance among three methods when the screw breaked more than 3.5 mm was statistically significant ( P 〉0.05). Conclusion CT coronary hour method is a new valuable method in evaluating the position of pedicle screw.
