穴位埋线配合西药治疗肺肾两虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察

目的: 观察穴位埋线治疗肺肾两虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者的临床疗效。方法: 将COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组予以穴位埋线治疗加西医常规治疗；对照组予以西医常规治疗。比较两组治疗前后6个月内COPD 急性加重期（AECOPD）次数、中度以上AECOPD次数、中医证候积分。结果: 治疗组治疗开始后6个月期间，AECOPD次数为（1.08±0.17）次，中度以上AECOPD次数为（1.04±0.16）次，分别较治疗前（2.30±0.29）次及（1.81±0.21）次有明显减少（P<0.01）；与对照组治疗后（1.59±0.18）次比较明显减少（P <0.05）；治疗组治疗开始后6个月中医证候总积分（3.40±0.36）较对照组治疗后（4.50±0.35）明显改善（P<0.05）；尤其是咳嗽、胸闷的改善（P<0.01）；而两组的呼吸困难症状改善则无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论: 穴位埋线治疗COPD稳定期患者能减少AECOPD次数，改善咳嗽、胸闷等症状，提高生活质量，安全可靠。
