高效液相色谱法测定八正胶囊剂中栀子苷含量

目的建立用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定八正胶囊剂中栀子苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Aichrombond-1 C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-水（14：86），流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为238nm，枉温为25℃，进样量为10μL。结果栀子苷质量浓度在2．0～80．0μg／mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为100．36％，RSD为0．67％（n=6）。结论HPLC法简便，结果准确，回收率好，可用于八正胶囊剂的含量测定。

Quantitative Determination of Geniposide in Bazheng Capsules by HPLC

Objective To establish the determination method of geniposide in Bazheng Capsules by HPLC. Methods The stationary phase was Aichrombond - 1 C18 （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile -water （14 ： 86）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength was 238 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃, the sample size was 10 μL. Results The linear range of geniposide was 2.0-80.0 μg/mL, r=0.999 9, and the average recovery was 100.36%, RSD=0. 67%.Conelusion This method is convenient with precise result. It can be used for the quality control of Bazheng Capsules.
