经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗肾结石

目的评价经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗肾结石的疗效。方法 2007年4月～2010年12月,采用超声引导经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗124例肾结石。结果单通道取石118例,双通道取石6例。均行一期碎石清石。手术时间30～150 min,平均55 min。无严重并发症发生。1周后复查KUB,119例(96.0%)结石排净。5例残留结石均<1 cm,术后1个月行ESWL治愈。102例随访3～24个月,平均14个月,无继发出血、感染,无结石复发。结论经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗肾结石具有创伤小、高效、安全的特点。

Percutaneous Pneumatic Nephrolithotripsy Combined with Ultrasonic Lithotripsy for Renal Calculi

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of percutaneous pneumatic nephrolithotripsy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy for the treatment of renal calculi.Methods From April 2007 to December 2010,124 cases of renal calculi were treated by percutaneous pneumatic nephrolithotripsy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy.Results Single-tract procedure was performed on 118 cases,while two tracts were employed in the other 6.One-stage lithotripsy was performed on all the cases.The operation time ranged from 30 to 150 minutes with a mean of 55 minutes.No serious complications were found.The stone clearance rate was 96.0%(119/124) in one week after the operation.Residual calculi(<1 cm) were detected in 5 cases,and then were cured by ESWL one month after the operation.Among the patients,102 were followed up for 3 to 24 months(mean,14 months).No hemorrhage,infection,or recurrent renal calculi were found during the period.Conclusion Percutaneous pneumatic nephrolithotripsy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy is effective,safe,and minimally invasive.
