宁心颗粒治疗病毒性心肌炎36例临床研究

目的:观察宁心颗粒对病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组在性别、年龄、病情等方面差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。对照组给予能量合剂(三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、辅酶A、肌苷、维生素C)等西药常规治疗;治疗组在给予西药常规治疗的同时,给予宁心颗粒口服,疗程为28d。观察治疗前后症状、体征、动态心电图、心肌酶及左心室功能状态的改变。结果:治疗组在改善患者临床症状、体征,减少早搏发生次数、降低肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、增加左室射血分数(LVEF)等方面均优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:宁心颗粒具有明显缓解病毒性心肌炎患者的症状、体征,减少早搏发生次数,降低异常升高的心肌酶学指标及改善左心功能的作用。

Clinical reseach on treating 36 cases of viral myocarditis with Ningxin granule

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Ningxin Granule (Heart-Quieting Granule) to viral myocarditis. Methods: 72 patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). There was no significant difference between the two groups in sexuality, age and pathogenetic condition. The control group was treated with routine western medicine including ATP, CoA, Inosine, and Vit C. The treatment group was treated with Ningxin Granule on the base of routine western drugs. Twenty-eight days as a treatment course. Results: The treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving symptoms and signs, reducing the frequent ventricular extrasystole, decreasing CK-MB and cTnI, and increasing LVEF. Conclusion: Ningxin Granule can relieve symptoms and signs, reduce the frequent ventricular extrasystole, decrease the level of myocardial enzyme and improve the cardiac function effectively.
