摘    要:目的:建立测定空心胶囊中铬含量的方法。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收法。以铬国家标准溶液为基准,用高温炉升温至800℃消解样品;测定条件为铬空心阴极灯,波长357.9nm,狭缝0.7nm,灯电流10mA,石墨炉原子化器,保护气为氩气,氘灯背景校正系统。结果:铬检测浓度线性范围为2~60μg.L-1(r=0.9992),检测限为0.5μg.L-1,平均回收率为100.19%,RSD=1.26%。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于空心胶囊中铬含量的测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of chromium in vacant capsules. METHODS: Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) method was adopted. Based on national standard solution, the tempera- ture of sample increased to 800 ℃ by high temperature furnace and digested. The determination condition was as follows: chromi- um hollow cathode lamp, detection wavelength of 357.9 nm, slit of 0.7 nm, lamp electric current of 10 mA, graphite furnace atom- izer, shielding gas of argon gas, deuterium lamp background correction system. RESULTS: The linear range of chromium was 2 60 g.L-1(r=0.999 2). The detection limit was 0.5 μg.L-1 with average recovery of 100.19% (RSD=1.26%). CONCLUSION: GFAAS method is accurate and reliable, and it is suitable for the content determination of chromium in vacant capsules.
