| 摘 要： | 目的:促进中成药的安全、有效使用。方法:对380张门诊中成药处方用药情况进行分析,提出合理应用中成药的措施。结果与结论:有30张不合理处方,主要存在辨证不足、用法用量不当、配伍不当、滥用滋补等问题。临床应用中成药要遵循中医辨证论治的治疗思路,采取提高医务人员业务水平、建立健全各项制度、加强安全监管等措施,才能达到预期目的。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To guarantee safe and effective drug use of Chinese patent medicine.METHODS：The drug use in 380 outpatient prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine was analyzed,and countermeasures for reasonable application of Chinese patent medicine were put forward.RESULTSCONCLUSION：There are 30 irritional prescriptions,resulting from not enough differentiation of signs,unsuitable usage and dosage,unreasonable compatibility,abuse of nutritions,etc.Clinical application of Chinese patent medicine should respect TCM differentiation thought;only improving professional level of medical staff,establishing and perfecting systems and regulations and strengthening safety supervision,can we reach good aim. |
