我院注射用克林霉素磷酸酯致不良反应分析

目的:探讨注射用克林霉素磷酸酯(CMP)致不良反应(ADR)的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年6月-2011年6月应用CMP1244例住院患者的临床资料,并进行统计学处理和分析。结果:CMP致ADR发生率为1.85%,主要与患者年龄、用法用量、是否合理用药等因素相关(P<0.05);ADR类型主要为皮肤过敏、消化道反应、过敏性休克、神经肌肉损害等。结论:临床医师须严格掌握CMP的适应证及禁忌证,合理应用抗菌药物,对老年及儿童等特殊群体应慎用,避免剂量过大及不必要的联合用药。

Analysis and Countermeasures of Adverse Drug Reaction Induced by Clindamycin Phosphate for Injection in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To summarize the characteristics and analyze the correlative factors of the adverse drug reaction（ADR）resulting from Clindamycin phosphate（CMP）for injection,and to provide references for rational drug use in the clinic.METHODS：The clinical information of 1 244 inpatients who were treated with Clindamycin phosphate for injection in our hospital from Jun.2009 to Jun.2011 were analyzed retrospectively and statistically.RESULTS：The incidence of ADR resulting from CMP was 1.85%.Occurrence of ADR was mainly related to patients＇age,usage and dosage and rational drug use,et al（P0.05）.The main ADR were skin allergy,digestive system injury,allergic shock,and nerve and muscle injury,et al.CONCLUSION：Clinical physicians should master indications and contradictions of CMP and rational use of antibiotics.It must be careful to use CMP for the old and children.Superfluous dose and the unnecessary drug combination should be avoided.
