加强聘用护士管理的方法与效果

摘    要:目的探讨聘用护士管理方法。方法完善管理制度,实施规范的培训,给予合理的待遇和福利保障,创造良好的工作氛围。结果提高了聘用护士的学历层次及护理质量和病人满意度。结论重视人本管理,可以提高聘用护士的素质,培养优秀的护理人才。

Abstract:Objective To explore the management methods tor employed nurses. Methods The measures included completing management regulations, standardizing nurse training,providing rational income and welfare and creating favorable working atmosphere for employed nurses. Results This practice improved the employed nurses' educational level, promoted the quality of nursing and increased patients' satisfaction. Conclusions Emphasizing on hu- manity management can improve employed nurses' quality and train an excellent nurse team.
