摘    要:目的比较涡轮钻开沟劈开法、劈凿劈开法及常规法与涡轮钻法相结合拔除下颌阻生智齿的效果。方法下颌阻生智齿患者300例,随机分为3组各100例。A组采用涡轮钻开沟劈开法,B组采用劈凿劈开法,C组采用常规法与涡轮钻法相结合拔除阻生智齿。结果实验A组和C组较B组拔除时间短,术后恢复较好,干槽症发病率低。结论涡轮钻开沟劈开法及常规法与涡轮钻法相结合拔除下颌阻生智齿比凿骨劈开法并发症少,效果更显著。

Abstract:Objective The hign speed air turbine handpiece drills the gutter and traditional chisel compared with the traditional chisel and the conventional method of the hign speed air turbine handpiece extract impacted mandibular third molar. Methods The 300 examples patient of impacted mandibular third molar, divides into 3 group of each 100 examples stochastically. A group uses the hign speed air turbine handpiece to drill the gutter to extract the impacted mandibular third molar, B group uses the traditional chisel to extract the impacted mandibular third molar, C group uses the conventional method and the hign speed air turbine hand- piece extract the impacted mandibular third molar. Results Tests A group and C group applying in extraction of impacted teeth could is more efficiently cut duration of extraction than B, the technique restores is well, the dry socket disease incidence rate is lower. Conclusion The hign speed air turbine handpiece drills the gutter to extract the impacted mandibular third molar and the conventional method and the hign speed air turbine handpiece extract the impacted mandibular third molar is less than the traditional chisel, the effect is more remarkable, were easily accepted by sufferer.
