| 摘 要： | 目的分析异位甲状腺患者的临床特征、诊断和治疗。方法回顾分析1989年11月至2009年12月我院收治的24例异位甲状腺病历资料。结果 24例患者中,13例为舌甲状腺,11例为胸骨后甲状腺。后者中2例为甲状腺癌。24例患者中有10例患者测定了甲状腺功能,其中4例有甲状腺功能低下。结论异位甲状腺较为少见,缺乏特异性表现,要加强对该疾病的正确认识,结合仔细查体,甲状腺功能检查,影像学检查,尤其是核素显像定位诊断异位甲状腺,并进行个体化治疗。
