| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ISO9001质量管理体系在病案管理中的应用。方法根据ISO9001质量管理体系对病案管理的要求,对我院病案管理现状存在的主要问题进行分析。结果提出加强病案安全管理、病案质量控制、数据统计分析、科室基础设施建设及专业队伍建设的有效措施。结论通过实施ISO9001质量管理体系,使病案管理水平得到提高。
