应用帕累托图分析22518例出院老年病人疾病构成

目的了解某综合医院老年出院患者的疾病构成情况,为临床治疗及医疗资源合理配置提供参考依据。方法应用帕累托图对2003年-2009年老年出院患者疾病谱进行统计分析。结果消化系统疾病、循环系统疾病、肿瘤、泌尿系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病为前五位的疾病。结论老年人易患疾病与由生活方式和生活环境密切相关。医疗机构应针对老年疾病的的特点加强健康知识的宣教工作,优化医疗资源配置,为老年患者提供更好更全面的卫生服务。

Analysis on Disease Composition of 22518 Senile Discharged Patients With Pareto Diagram
