| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨外科治疗糖尿病足部溃疡以降低其高位截肢率的措施。方法：对87例糖尿病足部溃疡住院病人采用皮瓣移植为主的手术方法进行修复。结果：87例糖尿病足部溃疡应用皮瓣修复51例(58．62％),皮片移植8例(9．20％),单纯截趾10例(11．49％),高位截肢18例(20．69%),一期愈合率为90．80％。结论：采用皮瓣移植为主的外科治疗,可有效降低糖尿病足部溃疡高位截肢率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the surgical treatment for diabetic foot ulcers and reduce its high level amputation rate. Methods:87 cases of diabetic foot ulcers were repaired with proper surgical treatment. Result:51 cases were repaired with flap (58 62%),high level amputation was operated in 18 cases(20 69%),and split thickness skin was grafted in 8 cases (9.20%).The first stage healing was 90.80%.Conclusion:Surgical treatment with flap can reduce high level amputation rate of diabetic foot ulcers. |
