| 摘 要： | 小儿麻醉专科医师的培训计划在国内外存在不同，在国内各地区水平也参差不一，面临着儿科麻醉的巨大挑战，需要实现小儿麻醉专科医生培训的制度化和体系化，提高在职麻醉科医生的小儿麻醉水平和技能，降低小儿麻醉的相关并发症及死亡率，保障儿童围术期麻醉的安全。 |

| Abstract: | There are some differences between native and abroad training programs of pediatric professional anesthesiologists. As the levels vary among different areas in our county, we face challenges on pediatric anesthesia. We need to make the training program institutionalized and systematic, improve the pediatric anesthesia skills of anesthesiologists, reduce the complications and mortality associated with pediatric anesthesia, and guarantee the safety of perioperative anesthesia for children. |
