摘 要: | 目的:研制全自动血细胞处理仪,确定血细胞处理仪基本工艺流程,对仪器相关结构主要功能部件进行研制。方法:在研制全自动血细胞处理仪过程中,对悬浮红细胞进行洗涤、甘油化及冻融后去甘油化处理。结果:确定仪器各项最佳性能参数及仪器各项最佳功能指标,对不同工作条件下血细胞处理仪对红细胞处理后的实验室指标进行检测,并对处理后的红细胞进行临床验证,制定血细胞处理仪注册产品标准。结论:为满足战时及临床使用需要,研制全自动血细胞处理仪,用于军队采供血机构建立稀有血型库,同时可用于全血或悬浮红细胞制剂的全自动洗涤处理。

Abstract: | Objective: To develop blood cell processing instrument, define the basic procedure and develop the key parts of this instrument. Methods: During the development, the suspension of red blood cells were washed and the glycerol was given and removed after freezethaw treatment. The main features of the instrument structure was developed. Results: All the best indicators and the best parameters of the instrument were defined. We detected laboratory indicators under different working conditions of the instrument verified the clinical validation. We formulated the registered product standards of the instrument. Conclusion: The device could be used in rare blood type bank and blood collection agencies to meet wartime and clinical need. At the same time, it can be used for the preparations of whole blood or red cells suspension. |
