孟鲁司特联用丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘62例的临床研究

目的观察孟鲁司特联用丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将125例患者随机分为观察组62例和对照组63例。对照组给予盐酸丙卡特罗片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片,4周为1个疗程。结果观察组总有效率为96.77%,显著高于对照组的74.00%(P<0.05);观察组症状缓解时间及复发率均显著少于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后最大呼气流速(PEF)升高显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联用丙卡特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘,疗效较好且安全可行。

Clinical Research on Montelukast Combined with Procaterol in Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with procaterol in the treatment of cough variant asth- ma. Methods 125 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into the observation group（62 cases） and the control group（63 cases） according to the random number table. The control group was given Procaterol Hydrochloride Tablet and the observation group was added with Montelukast Chewable Tablet on the basis of the control group treatment, 4 weeks as a course of treat- ment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.77% ,which was significantly higher than 74.00% in the con- trol group（ P 〈 0. 05）;the symptom relief time and the relapse rates in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）;the peak expiratory flow（PEF） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination therapy of montelukast and procaterol has better clinical effects with safety and feasi- bility in treating cough variant asthma.
