摘 要: | 目的:通过对两种脉搏波在运动负荷实验过程中的变化关系以及心血管血流参数动态变化的研究,对大学生合理运动提出指导性建议。方法:采用功率车模拟不同的运动负荷,通过无创脉搏波系统检测两种脉搏波的动态变化,研究在递增运动负荷中脉搏波参数的变化特征,并且根据身体质量指数(BMI)的不同,对60名大学生受试者的有效数据进行划分和分析。结果:发现在运动负荷下,容积脉搏波对负荷的反应相对桡动脉脉搏波具有滞后性。不同体重者在运动过程中心血管功能差异明显。结论:本研究对于判断人体心血管系统在体育运动中的变化和对进行体育训练强度的耐受力,提早发现引起运动伤害的征兆具有重要价值,并为今后在运动减肥领域中的研究提供理论依据。

Abstract: | Objective: To propose the instructional suggestions of reasonable sports among college students by observing the changeable relationship about two kinds of pulse wave in sports load experiment process and the dynamic change of the cardiovascular parameters. Methods: Using power car to simulate the different sports load and study the dynamic varies of the pulse wave parameters though the detection of two kinds of pulse wave. Sixty undergraduate students were classified and analyzed according to the difference of BMI. Results: Under the sports load, volume pulse wave responded to load has certain hysteresis if comparing with radial artery pulse wave. Blood vessel function of different weight is different during the movement process. Conclusion: It is valuable that determine changes in human cardiovascular system in sports and the tolerance of sports training intensity. It also can find signs of the injury early and provide theoretical references for the future study. |
