中西医结合治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的疗效分析

目的：为了进一步研究和探讨采用中西医结合治疗方法治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床实际治疗效果,从而为亚急性甲状腺炎的相关研究提供依据。方法：选取本院2008年1月-2012年12月收治的84例亚急性甲状腺炎患者为研究对象进行了分析和研究。结果：（1）两组患者实施不同临床治疗方法后,在退热时间、甲状腺疼痛消失时间、甲状腺缩回时间上进行组间比较,中西医结合治疗组患者3项指标水平均显著地低于对照组患者的水平,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）（;2）中西医结合治疗组患者的总有效率显著地高于对照组患者水平,比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在临床治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的实践过程中,采用中西医结合治疗方法的临床效果显著,患者的临床症状改善更加迅速和明显。中西医结合治疗方法是临床治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的可靠选择。

Analysis on Curative Effect of Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Subacute Thyroiditis

Objective： To further study and investigate the curative effect of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis. Method： 84 subacute thyroiditis patients in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2012 were chosen as the research object. They were taken for analysis and research. Result： （ I ） After the implementation of different clinical treatments, the fever time, thyroid, time of pain, thyroid retraction time, compared between groups, the three indexes levels in the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; （ 2 ） The total efficiency rate, compared between the groups, in the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： In the clinical practice for treatment of subacute thyroiditis, the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is used, the patient＇s clinical symptoms is more rapid and significant. Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment method is a reliable choice in the clinical treatment of subacute thyroiditis.
