摘 要: | 目的 观察不同剂量天麻熄风口服液对小鼠微循环障碍的影响.方法 将昆明种小鼠50只随机分为5组,每组10只,分别于尾静脉注射盐酸肾上腺素注射液造成小鼠微循环障碍,造模后立即给药.天麻熄风口服液低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组分别予5、10、20 g生药/kg灌胃,复方丹参滴丸对照组予复方丹参滴丸0.225 g/kg灌胃,空白...

Abstract: | Objective To effects of different doses the Tianma Xifeng oral liquid on microcirculation of mice. Methods 50 mice were randomly divided into five grnups. Microcivculation disorder model of mice was es- tablished by vena candalis injection of adrenaline hydrochlaride injection. Each group was administered immediately after modeling. Tianma Xifeng oral liquid low dose group, middle dose group and high dose groups respectively re- ceived 5, 10, 20 g crude drug/kg by intragastric administratian. Fufang Danshen drop pill group received Fufang Danshen &op pill. Model group received equal volume of distilled water. The mouse ear arterioles, venules diameter and red blood cell velocity were recorded beforc and after treatment. Results The mouse ear arterioles, venules di- ameter and red blood cell velocity 20, 40 rain after administration in Tianma Xifeng oral liquid low dose group, mid- die dose group, high dose groups and Fufang Danshen drop pill group were significantly increased in comparison with those after modeling in Tianma Xifeng oral liquid low dose group, middle dose group, high dose groups and Fufang Danshen drop pill group and model control group ( P 〈 O. 05). There was no significant difference between Tianma Xifeng oral liquid low dose group, middle dose group, high dose groups and Fufang Danshen drop pill group on ear arterioles, venules diameter and red blood cell velocity ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Tianma Xifeng oral Liquid can significantly increase the mouse ear arterioles, venules diameter and red blood cell velocity, and has significant role on improvement of the local microcirculation disorder. |
