| 摘 要： | 本文回顾性分析了经手术及病理、临床证实的肝肾间巨大占位性病变４５例，从解剖角度探讨了肝脏、肾脏、肾上腺及后腹膜巨大占位性病变造成ＣＴ诊断上相互混淆的原因，指出了ＣＴ定位诊断的要点，讨论了ＣＴ定位诊断的准确性，并与ＵＳ做了比较。 |

| Abstract: | This series retrospectively studied 45 cases of space occupying lesion in hepato-renal space(morison fossa) confirmed by surgico-pathology and clinical data,From anatomic point of view,the cause of confusion of origination of the mass from liver,right adrenal gland,right kindey and retroperitoneum were analysed.The key point of CT finding of identification of mass origin were emphasized.Accuracy of localization of the mass by using CT was discussed and comparied with that by using US. |
