36例早期复极综合征的心电图诊断

目的:探讨早期复极综合征(ERS)的心电图特点和变化规律,以减少误诊。方法:对36例ERS患者的临床资料及心电图资料进行回顾分析。结果:36例ERS的心电图均有ST段改变和T波振幅增高,其改变以V3～V5导联明显,此表现与某些心脏病的心电图改变相类似,故很容易误诊。结论:ERS易误诊为冠心病等心脏病,临床医生应提高对本症的认识,减少误诊。

ECG diagnosis in 36 cases of early repolarization syndrome

Objective:To investigate the characteristic and change regularity of ECG in early repolarization syndrome by analysing36 cases of early repolarization syndrome(ERS).Methods:Thirty six cases of early repolarization syndrome and ECG were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All the ECG in 36 cases of early repolarization syndrome had the ST-segment change and the T-wave raising,the change of V3~V5 chest leads was obvious.There could be misdiagnosed because the change was similar to ECG of some cardiopathy.Condusion:Early repolarization syndrome could be misdiagnosed as coronary heart disease etc.The cinical physician should improve to recognize the syndrome and reduce the misdiagnosis.
