深圳罗湖区5岁以下儿童体格发育现状调查

【目的】了解深圳罗湖区儿童体格发育水平,为政府制订儿童保健方针策略提供基础数据。【方法】采用横断面调查方法,整群随机抽取本辖区5个社区与12所托幼机构,11241例5岁以下儿童,进行体格发育评估分析。【结果】男女儿童身高、体重的年增长速率基本一致,生后第1年生长速度最快,1岁以后生长速率减慢;男女儿童的体重、身高分别在1岁半、2岁后呈现性别差异(P0.05);深圳罗湖区5岁以下儿童体格发育达到甚至略超过2005年中国九市城区儿童水平。【结论】深圳罗湖区5岁以下儿童体格发育状况较好,但还需进一步推行儿童科学喂养指导。

Survey on the physical development of children under 5 years of age in Luohu district of Shenzhen
