疼痛型抑郁症研究进展

神经根型颈椎病主要因为椎间盘变性后向椎间孔膨出、突出,或椎体后、外缘骨质增生导致椎间孔变窄,压迫神经根,严重者可引起局部神经根水肿,表现为运动、感觉及反射障碍与脊神经分布区相一致的病症.近年来笔者采用颈椎牵引下推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病取得了较好疗效,总结报告如下.
