| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颈椎X线CT检查在下颈椎患者中的诊断意义.方法：107例疑颈椎损伤患者常规行X线及颈椎CT检查,对影像学结果进行细致分析.结果：本组107患者中,有37例外伤患者并发颈椎损伤,而颈椎X线平片检查,仅24例可见下颈椎的骨折线.结论：颈椎CT检查能够发现下颈椎患者较为细小或隐匿的颈椎骨折和脱位,其价值明显优于颈椎X线平片检查. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic meaning of X-ray andearly CT scanning of cervical vertebra in the patients with cervical vertebra injury. Methods：Early CT scanning of cervical vertebra was routinely examined inl0？patients. The imageology results were finely analyzed. Results： Among 107 patients 37 cases existing cervical spine injury simultaneously. However,only24eases were presented positive dis-plays in X-ray photograph. Conclusion： Early CT scanning of cervical vertebra can effectively find insidious traumatic changes and have favorable diagnostic value. |
