老年患者术后认知功能障碍与营养护理的关系

目的：探讨老年患者术后认知功能障碍与术后营养护理的关系,认识术后营养护理对减少老年人术后认知功能障碍的意义.方法：将60例老年术后认知功能障碍患者分为两组.治疗组：30例,术后实行特别的营养护理;对照组：30例,术后实行一般的护理.然后对其定向力,注意力,计算力,回忆,语言和记忆力等进行智能比较.结果：治疗组的智能评分比对照组要高,具有统计学差异,P＜0.05.结论：特别的营养护理对老年人术后康复有积极意义,对减少老年人术后认知功能障碍有积极作用.
