后伸牵引整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例临床观察

单纯性肩背疼痛是临床常见症状之一,笔者近几年来采用局部拔罐后涂抹扶他林软膏加摩法并结合TDP照射的方法治疗50例,疗效显著.方法：首先取适合体位让患者充分暴露痛处,反复按压确定痛点后以75%的酒精棉球局部皮肤清洁.予以中大号抽气式火罐1-5枚,中等力度,留罐5-10分钟,起罐后可在相应的范围内涂抹适量的扶他林软膏,用食、中、无名指指面均匀的抹平.然后用手掌面和食、中、无名指指面交替运用摩法,顺,逆时针方向反复,力量适当,手法轻柔,手法结束后另可给予患者局部TDP照射15-30分钟.本篇50例经过2个疗程（不足2疗程也按2疗程计算）治疗结束后统计,痊愈44例,占88%,本篇病症具有遇热则舒、遇寒则重的特征,当属于祖国医学＂寒痹＂范畴.治疗当以活血通络、散寒温经为首要.而现代医学则认为属于局部肌筋膜的无菌性炎症,可给予解热镇痛药物治疗.所以笔者首先以传统的火罐疗法起活血、散寒作用,继以扶他林软膏局部镇痛抗炎,并铺以轻柔摩法温经通络、活血散寒,而且更有利于扶他林有效成份的渗透皮肤.
