氨甲喋呤与中药联用治疗宫外孕43例

目的：探讨一种简单可行的、痛苦小、适合各级基层医院应用的、治疗宫外孕的方法.方法：选择我院2005-2009年收治的各型宫外孕43例,通过肌肉注射氨甲喋呤联合中药治疗分析.结果：43例中39例治愈：临床症状消失,连续2次血β-hCG测定正常.B超盆腔内包块缩小大于1/2.结论：氨甲喋呤联合中药治疗宫外孕效果肯定,是可以避免手术痛苦、保留生育功能、简单的治疗方法,可在各级医院推广应用.
