两种子宫切除术式对妇女性生活质量的影响比较

目的：探讨阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死的疗效.方法：入选的 80例脑梗塞患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例,两组均给予常规脱水、神经营养、活血化瘀、降压、调脂,降糖及对症等治疗.治疗组在此基础上给予给予阿托伐他汀钙20mg/d口服,连用2周,比较两组的疗效及神经功能缺损评分.结果：治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.两组治疗14d后神经功能缺损评分较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组治疗14d后神经功能缺损评分改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论：阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死临床疗效确切.

Atorvastatin calcium treatment efficacy in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective：To investigate the treatment of atorvastatin calcium cerebral infarction. Methods：Selected 80 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and 40 patients in the control group, two groups were given routine dehydration, nerve nutrition, blood circulation, blood pressure, lipid, such as hypoglycemie and symptomatic treatment. On this basis, the treatment group given atorvastatin calcium given 20mg / d orally qd for 2 weeks were compared the efficacy and neurologic impairment. Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher （P 〈0.05）. 14d after treatment in both groups neurological function improved significantly compared with before treatment, and 14d after treatment, improvement of neurological deficit scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Atorvastatin calcium is effective treatment of cerebral infarction.
