56例心肺复苏术后患者的监测与护理体会

目的：探讨经皮椎体成形术（perculaneous vertebroplasty PVP）及后凸成形术（kyphoplasty KP）治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎椎体压缩骨折的疗效.方法：自2007年4月-2010年6月,我科采用经皮椎体成形术及后凸成形术公治疗骨质疏松性老年椎体压缩性骨折共32例,其中女性23例,男性9例,年龄58～87岁,平均年龄68.4岁.结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术.术后患者完全缓解（CR）者24例,达到75%,完全缓解（CR）＋部分缓解（PR）31例,达到96.8%.结论：经皮椎体成形术及后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折能够明显缓解患者症状,且并发症较少.

Evaluate the perculaneous vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty therapy for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in thoracolumbar spine

Objective：To evaluate the perculaneous vertebroplasty （PVP）and kyphoplasty （KP） therapy for osteoporotie vertebral compression fracture（OVCF） in thoracolumbar spine. Methods： From April 2007 to June 2010, we treated 32 cases of OVCF in thoracolumbar spine with PVP or KP. There were 9 male and 23 female, with the age range from 58 to 87 years,The average age is 68. 4. Results： All patients were successfully completed surgery, and 24 patients were complete remission（CR） ,CR rate 75 % ;31 patients were complete remission（CR）or partial response（PR）, overall response rate 96.8 %. Conclusion： PVP and PKP can quickly relieve pain and enhance vertebral stability in treating thoracolumbar 0VCF with little complication.
