| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刀配合手法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法：将83例患者随机分为2组,治疗组43例,以针刀手法治疗膝骨性关节炎.对照组40例,以电针治疗膝骨性关节炎.结果：总有效率治疗组为93%,对照组为77.5%,2组比较：差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组.结论：针刀配合手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有较好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective： Observation needle knife coordination technique treatment knee osseous arthritis clinical curative effect.
Methods：Divides into 2 groups stochastically 83 example patients,the treatment group 43 examples,cures the knee osseous arthritis by the needle sword wielder government by law. Control group 40 examples, by electricity needle treatment knee osseous arthritis. Results：The total effectiveness treatment group is 93%, the control group is 77.5%, 2 groups of comparisons：The difference has the significance significance （P〈0.05）, the treatment group surpasses the control group. Conclusion： Needle knife coordination technique treatment knee joint osseous arthritis has the good curative effect. |
