慢性敌百虫,敌敌畏中毒114例分析

为研究接触有机磷农药的慢性影响，收集敌百虫、敌敌畏包装车间职业普查中全血胆碱酯酶（ＣｈＥ）低于５０Ｕ的病人１１４例，分析其年龄构成、接触浓度、接触时间、临床表现和全血ＣｈＥ的变化规律及相互关系。结果显示：该组病例接触中等或较低剂量的敌百虫、敌敌畏，平均为接触后５．５个月发病，临床表现以中枢神经系统症状最为突出，同时也有毒蕈碱样和烟碱样症状，但无瞳孔缩小；症状与全血ＣｈＥ抑制不呈平行关系，ＣｈＥ抑制明显而症状轻微或无症状，且二者并非同时发生，恢复均相当慢；应用特效解毒药疗效不肯定。认为是慢性敌百虫、敌敌畏中毒的特点。
