| 摘 要： | 目的探讨T2DM合并非酒精性脂肪肝的相关因素。方法对132例T2DM患者进行肝脏超声检查和临床资料分析。结果T2DM患者非酒精性脂肪肝患病率46．97％，非酒精性脂肪肝组较非合并组脂代谢紊乱较多，logisti回归分析显示HOMA—IR、ALT、BMI、2hPBG、男性与非酒精性脂肪肝相关。结论T2DM患者NAFLD患病率明显升高，胰岛素抵抗、ALT升高、超重、糖、脂代谢紊乱、男性可能是NAFLD发生的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship of nonalcoholic fatty liver with type 2 diabetes.Methods 132 patients with T2DM were performed hepatic B-mode ultrasonography and clinical data were compared.Result The prevalence of lipid metabolic disorders in nonalcoholic fatty liver group was significantly higher than that in the non-nonalcoholic fatty liver group.Multiple logistic regression analysis that nonalcoholic fatty liver was correlated with HOMA-IR,ALT,BMI,2hPBG and male.Conclusion The morbidity of nonalcoho... |
