| Abstract: | This article implicated biochemical features of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),COX-2 overexpression in solid tumors and hematological malignancies,mechanisms of COX-2 contribution to tumorigenesis including contributions of COX-2 to tumor initiation,tumor promotion and metastasis,mechanism of antitumoral effects and clinical application of COX-2 inhibitors. |
