慢性荨麻疹与食物不耐受血清特异性IgG的相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨慢性荨麻疹与患者血清中食物不耐受特异性IgG的关系。方法应用酶联免疫法检测血清中食物特异性IgG抗体水平。结果 343例患者食物不耐受特异性IgG阳性率为88%,其中鸡蛋最高(59.8%),其次为螃蟹、虾、鳕鱼。影响因素主要为标本的处理。结论食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体的检测安全、稳定,为慢性荨麻疹的传统诊断和治疗提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between serum food specific IgG and chronic urticaria.Methods Serum food specific IgG was tested by ELISA.Results In 343 cases of chronic urticaria,the positive rate of serum specific IgG with food intolerance was 88%,and with the highest positive rate(59.8%) of eggs,following was crab,shrimp and cod.The detecting accuracy was mainly subjected to properly handling of specimens.Conclusion Food specific IgG test is safe and steady,which can provide a basis for traditional d...
