| 摘 要： | 目的：观察联合应用维拉帕米和还原型谷胱甘肽对兔移植肺细胞凋亡的影响.方法：健康日本大耳白兔24对,随机分为4组,每组6对.Ⅰ组用改良型低钾右旋糖酐液（对照组,改良LPD液）行肺灌洗保存,Ⅱ组用改良LPD液＋维拉帕米（2mg/kg）,Ⅲ组用改良LPD液＋还原型谷胱甘肽（3mmol/L）,Ⅳ组用改良LPD液＋维拉帕米（2mg/kg）＋还原型谷胱甘肽（3mmol/L）.供肺在缺血保存4h后移植并再灌注2h.实验结束时取肺组织测定肺组织丙二醛（MDA）含量与超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性,细胞内钙离子浓度,并行细胞凋亡及其相关基因Bcl-2,Bax表达蛋白测定.结果：Ⅳ组的肺组织MDA含量、细胞内钙离子浓度、细胞凋亡平均灰度值和阳性单位均低于Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ组,SOD活性、细胞凋亡相关基因Bcl-2平均灰度值和阳性单位IV组明显高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ,Ⅲ组.结论：联合应用维拉帕米和还原型谷胱甘肽对于肺缺血再灌注损伤时细胞凋亡的保护作用优于单独应用. |
