缬沙坦与苯磺酸氨氯地平联用治疗老年高血压的疗效分析

目的探讨缬沙坦与苯磺酸氨氯地平联用治疗老年高血压的方法及疗效。方法将2010年8月至2012年8月我院收治的120例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组40例(缬沙坦与苯磺酸氨氯地平联用治疗)、对照1组40例(缬沙坦治疗)和对照2组40例(苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗),对三组的疗效进行对比。结果观察组与对照1组、对照2组治疗12周后的收缩压、舒张压以及总有效率相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦与苯磺酸氨氯地平联用治疗老年高血压患者疗效明显,具有良好的降血压作用,值得临床推广运用。

Valsartan and Benzene Sulfonic Acid Amlodipine Combined Treatment of Senile Hypertension Curative Effect Analysis

Objective To investigate valsartan and benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine combined treatment of senile hypertension methods and curative effect. Methods From August 2010 to August 2012 were from 120 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into observation group and patients （valsartan and benzene sulfonic acid athlodipine combined treatment）, control group and 1 cases （valsartan treatment） and contrast the two groups and patients （benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine treatment）, the effect of three groups were compared. Results The observation group and control group, control group 1, 2 treatment after 12 weeks of the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and the total effective rate difference compared with statistical signitieanee （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan and benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine combined treatment of elderly hypertensive patients curative effect is clear, and possesses good fall blood pressure effect, it is worth clinical promotion use.
