摘    要:对尼泊尔酸模根的化学成分进行研究。综合运用多种色谱分离技术对尼泊尔酸模根的乙酸乙酯萃取物进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振和高分辨质谱等波谱学分析方法确定化合物的结构。该研究从尼泊尔酸模根中分离到1个新萘酮类化合物,命名为酸模酮A(1),并采用人肺癌细胞A549、人肝癌细胞HepG2、人胃癌细胞SGC7901、人乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-231评价其体外细胞毒性。

Abstract:A new napthalenone, rumexone A (1), was isolated from the roots of Rumex nepalensis. The structure of 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR spectra and MS data. Its cytotoxic effect was evaluated using four clinically relevant human cancer cell lines, gastric carcinoma SGC7901, breast carcinoma MDA-MB-231, lung carcinoma A549, and hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2.
