莫西沙星治疗非淋菌性尿道（宫颈）炎临床观察

目的观察口服盐酸莫西沙星治疗非淋菌性尿道（宫颈）炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将120例非淋菌性尿道（宫颈）炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组60例采用盐酸莫西沙星口服，400mg／次，1次／d，连续12d；对照组60例采用克拉霉素缓释片口服，500mg／次，1次／d，连续12d，观察比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为81．7％和65．0％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且无明显不良反应。结论盐酸莫西沙星治疗非淋菌性尿道（宫颈）炎疗效好且安全性高。

Clinical Efficacy of Moxifloxacin in Treating Nongonococcal Urethritis/Cervicitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of Moxifloxaein in the treatment of nongonoeoeeal urethritis/eervieitis. Methods 120 patients with nongonoeoeeal urethritis/eervieitis were divided into two groups. The treatment group （60 eases） was treated with Moxifloxaein 400 mg daily for 12 days;while the control group（60 eases） was treated with Clarithromycin 500rag daily for 12 days. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 81.7% and 65.0% respeetively. There was significance difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And all adverse events were mild and reversible. Conclusion Moxifloxaein is effective and safe in treating nongonoeoeeal urethritis/eervieitis.
